There has seemed to be an overabundance of people with webinars claiming that they can help you do this and that I have dubbed them "HOPE DEALERS" just another type of drug dealer giving out false hope getting people's hopes up and cashing in on what little moneys they have saved to try to get their business off the ground nothing beats the old fashion way I guess

A couple of years later I get to see that person every week for a drug screen so that they can get their kids back from the state. 

I become an undercover drug dealer with a mobile methamphetamine delivery service.

She had expressed to me that Covid was stressing her out, clean for years she started taking drugs and overdosed.   

Also, the tenant's boyfriend is selling drugs out of the apartment.

It can actually discourage people from even trying to answer actually, I see this and think "I'd love to help but I don't know where to start" so I would say ask yourself how you would answer somebody asking that about working out, swimming, dating, knitting, dieting, work on cars, etc. anything that you do know about.

Literally and open air drug market, although i have seen what investors have done in East Kensington, Port Richmond , Fishtown and can’t help but to think investors may find their way upwards.

As mentioned in the original comment we've got a lot of low income rentals...So I don't think Paul can help as I'm looking to avoid hookers, criminals and drug addicts in the STR division.
