I intern for a developer, I'm learning so much and one of things I've been noticing is that it seems that all the good deals have been taken lol.

I'm now putting a lot more into public markets (index funds, stocks, Master Limited Partnerships, Business Development Companies, bonds).

Without this foundation any money spent on gurus, courses, books mentorships that teach techniques and methods is WASTED, even if the methodology being taught is valid.
