A re-facing company might be able to put a veneer on the ends.I have also seen door panels used to cover ends to make the ends appear more decorative.

@Rachel Gill We have a thing for older properties as well ... which is a good thing as our area is filled with Queen Anne, Second Empire, Victorian, Georgian, & Edwardian era buildings.It is possible to renovate these old buildings, making them moderately energy efficient (as good as a modern minimum code built home) and still maintain some of the period decor.

Add shutters, a nice color on shutters and door, maybe some large decorative home numbers, and maybe a pot or two of colorful flowers by the door that tenant can change out seasonally if they want to, trim existing shrubs and mulch any existing beds.

If it is in good shape, if you have a tenant in place who has it tidy and well decorated, and the rent is appropriate, I would expect that it will rent pretty quickly.

@David Krulac   we normally can't pave in Dec or Jan.. as it has to be 40 and rising.precip is our problem... soft spots on the first roll out etc etc. but we are getting there.Might have an offer coming in from Lennar or Horton... and or both... if we can take a nice profit in one transaction we will move it and go to the next one..

They are remodeled exactly the same so I kind of stumbled into a formula for decor that works great (wife's touch).
