I was thinking Stamford at first, but the projected rents seem low for the area.I have one comment on the financing, you mentioned a 30-year amortization but then also mentioned interest only, which one is it?

There's no reason to provide details, though I do let people know if anyone asks that we do not accept bulk up-front rent payments or anything like that because I absolutely do not want a prospective tenant to think that someone else swooped in with a bunch of cash last minute.

Yes if you give this everything you got I really don't think you can loose.

Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?

I think the IRS might tag this as fraud.Talk to you Title Company.

When a Class A apartment can be had for the same price as a Class B/C renovated unit, the B/C operator drops prices, and so on.But, in terms of making an investment decision, I think it is short sighted to rely purely on full market average data.  

As for the area I am thinking of doing my area of San Antonio and nearby cities.
