To answer your question, there is not much you can do in the interim with the current coronavirus situation.

I hope that in the near future when the corona virus decides to leave us alone, I will start working little by little.

You could buy a SFH with a basement apartment and rent that out separately on Airbnb (when coronavirus finally goes away).

I moved to mexico, I sell houses in the usa and I tried to post a house for sale by owner on craighlist but, I couldn't, because of coronavirus.

What cities/ local economies do you feel are the least affected by Coronavirus and job loss?

Even if you get another job in a month or two, and a payment plan with your lender or landlord, you are still behind behind, and assuming you didn't get a big raise with your new job, you still won't be able to catch up.That being said, I am glad they are doing something, but even when we beat Coronavirus, there will still be a lot of unemployment for a while.

Unfortunately some people will never recover from it, but those that remain as cool, calm and collected (as possible) will make it through to the "remember the coronavirus" stage of life and will be better off for it.
