Lots of gentrification happening, Cleveland Clinic growing and need for student housing.

On the east side is where it gets tricky, you have University Circle and Little Italy which is where Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, Art Institute, etc. are located which are highly desirable areas but they came at a very high price.

Sporting events, medical care (a lot of good hospital, Cleveland Clinic, etc.), anything else? 

Hi Jason, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

The Cleveland Clinic is a HUGE world renowned medical facility with many associated campuses so I naturally assumed demand would be highest in and around Cleveland.

Be specific I would use the $1M to open and promote a "Legal" Psychoactive clinic for Veteran PTSD, Drug addiction/Withdrawal Marriage/Divorce therapy on the Oregon Coast.

I am a dentist that is not wanting to rely on my clinical day to day but rather build my wealth in real estate..

Within a mile radius we have 2 bus stops, 4 drug addiction clinics, and a mess of low income citizens in a high incarceration rate part of town.

Great employers like the Cleveland Clinic (#2 hospital in USA), Amazon, finance etc.
