I put an offer on a property, inspector found 10 red items, one being a slant in the kitchen floor and cracked tile.

It's a condo built in the 70s that needs some framing, drywall work, flooring, cabinets hung, bathroom surround tiled, electrical outlets replaced (because it's dumb when they're all different colors), & doors hung.

I tile all bathtub surrounds, put a nice tile backsplash in the kitchen, get stainless steel appliances on sale...anything to make my house stand out.I suppose a house with fire damage might give me pause, only because I've never rehabbed one.

I am improving the kitchen and need your advise on the backsplash tiles.

Any thoughts on reglazing bathroom tiles and also luxury vinyl floors for the first floor?
