My wife is an architect and interior designer in Singapore. so, she is also good in analyzing the property. mostly, we are looking for SFH or small multi-family.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of doing so and investing overseas (I'm currently in Singapore)?

For me I evaluate a VR on- does it have a basic kitchen so I don't have to eat out all the time- can I walk or easily access public transport (ie how convenient is it to the attractions I want to visit, city centre, beach, etc)- does it have any special character (castle, farmhouse, typical local style)Are there areas outside of Italy that you feel would be good investments?

Many, many,  (did I say) many years ago, I lived in the Polo Park area (before it was covered by a huge shopping centre; back when the Perimeter was outside the City).  

AS real estate go I am a big believer in some one has to build these places there will be some automation.I just had one of my Singapore investors over to look at one of our projects here in Oregon.. when we were having dinner.

As of this morning there have been 93 coronavirus cases confirmed (the same as Singapore) and two deaths.

That said, my others-centred goals include adding value by giving away knowledge wherever I find myself and connecting with like-minded people on a daily basis.
