all are new constructions and I don't know how she is gonna be able to find 750h of work to do in these new construction houses.Any help appreciated There should be 750 hours of work (that's ~15 hours weekly) on new construction projects + property management.

I know of some folks in KC and Memphis doing new builds like this, but they are doing it within a much larger and long-term project that includes upwards of 300-500 units built over the course of 5-10 years.Assuming you're looking in Columbia, do you have a "B+/C" neighborhood in mind?

if its a true condo you only buying the airspace.. so any defects in constructin the HOA has to pay to fix.. so the ceiling work should be on them.

Water is now leaking through the ceiling into my tenant's unit, and it's worsening with every rain also the neighboring unit has sever water damage (like a pool inside and it is owned by the HoA) and water from it leaking very dirty water from the shared wall to mine.
