In which capacity are you involved in short sales around New York City, particularly Brooklyn?

Am about to bid on a project larger than my capacity, what do developers require if I bid $xxx,xxx and will put 30% DP upon NOA or NTP.

I figure if I can start doing some work with real estate professionals in this capacity along with getting my license and practicing, I can gain more clarity and experience.Any advice?

If so, how would that work and at what capacity?  

Everything seemed to be working out fine until today when I found out that that court deemed the mother to not have the mental capacity (a few weeks ago) to give power of attorney to her son.

I am currently living in the Capac area.

Not to mention Harrison Hospital is expanding their facilities and bed capacity by 45% over the next four years.

For some reason it appears that our dumpster is the only one that gets filled to capacity every time.

In my GC capacity, I've worked with their victims - the newbie investor who trusted them, and now has a house he can't make money on.
