My confusion stems from reading multiple things online both with different answers.

The seller has disclosed a pending lawsuit against the Trust that owns the property stemming from a fall that resulted in injury. 

Which is really exciting.I am a believer of hoping for best but  preparing for the worst, that is why I am looking to continue my eduction, to have something a bit more stable.After much research done, I told myself that if I go back to school, I would shoot for a 4 year STEM degree, possibly Computer Information Systems  or Information Technology.

I have a few concerns which probably stem from never having done it.

You're losing money every month and you have to stem the bleeding. 

My questions stems from being ready to make my first purchase by Q3 this year, but not completely sold on continuing to live in the city for another year following.

STEM majors will be the ones that graduate and ramp up their income the soonest.
