I wanted to do minor cosmetic repairs such as changing carpets, painting, and new cabinets (new cabinets were needed), and new appliances because they were needed as well.

Apparently, some of the kitchen cabinets don’t have doors; the water heater was actually red-tagged (need proper venting) and the PM feels the steep driveway is a big deterrent.

@John LeavelleThanks John, I literally just put a couple numbers in that were low because I've completely made the property new from the roof all the way to the exterior siding, paint, unit 1 & 2 now have new carpet, cabinets, granite counter tops and tile flooring.

I currently own my home in Roeland Park, 2 bed 1 bath, large back yard, am in the process of renovating the kitchen(painted cabinets, new back splash, new counter top.What are your thoughts on if it would be a better move to sell and invest the proceeds or try to rent it.
