Thanks, I actually saw the job loss as a blessing, because it did allow me to grow and persevere through that tough times and to switch careers into IT and that no job is safe.

I have witnessed a few tax auctions but I have not purchased any.

This year I have done pretty well and am blessed and burdened to have quite a tax bill coming in April of 18 looking to be around 40k When asking my CPA what I can do with the money to lessen my tax burden he is very vague and unhelpful.

At the moment I'm VERY BLESSED to have both a full-time AND a part-time job that both pay me well and give me time for "personal" activities at work.

Mybuyers make money on their wits not off the wholesaler.LOL
