Could be a national lender or a site that sells your info for solicitation. 

There are a million sites you can look at to get an idea based on more parameters.

@Heather Collins but that is what it says on their uploaded article And I doubt that site uploads any false news for us to read and get informed about. 

I do see a ton of 2 unit houses on Zillow, so would it be a good bet that these are landlords trying to unload their stock before student housing regs kick in?

And preparing a building site and installing a driveway are further considerations if I even decide to build something there.

I bet if they found a subsurface problem, I would own those. :-)ps.

Your best bet for that size will be local banks and credit unions, good luck.

@Gary Bonds the only way you'll bet a business loan as a newbie, is by cosigning for your business.You'd be better off getting a business credit card you personally cosign for to start establishing business credit.

Luckily both sites collect the taxes for our place.Our little town did implement a 1% tax that I have to pay separately.
