@Joey Tuckey, I know this is geared more towards residential than commercial, but when I was living in Asia for a while I got a little restless and ended up doing a few wholesale deals all the way back in Indianapolis.

Then Asia, particularly China and finally the US will follow suit.

My wife and I lived in southeast Asia for a couple of years, so I think your REI goals are both realistic and very worthy!  

Lots and lots of water.Plenty water here for big ag to grow crops that get sent to Asia. 

Discriminating against someone based on their mother tongue is indistinguishable from discriminating against them based on national or ethnic origin.At present we are processing an application from a young couple originally from South East Asia who limited command of English and do not speak French.  

To put some perspective on this I worked all over Europe and Asia for about 15 years and every time we leased an apartment as opposed to a hotel all the documents were in the native language. 

This is honestly a great little resort town in New Mexico with skiing, golf, biking, etc. but I am living in Asia and can’t use the property even if I’d like to.

I am from Atlanta, Georgia, but have been living in Asia (currently Tokyo) for the past 7 years.  

There is also a ton of money out here from both Asia and the Middle East.

I've also seen similar returns in many parts in Asia.
