This is common especially in commercial building or in cities that have a lot of snow and melting going on.Its called ice dams and bucking water.Mold can be killed by alot of stuff.

Especially since we are viewed as a liberal leaning social justice state ( for better or worse ), it is exactly the opposite of what they are running away from with China.Right now Trump's administration has set refugee / asylum cap at 15k / yr ( by contrast it was 85k / yr in 2016 ).With Biden in office, should we expect the asylum cap dam to burst and a significant influx of HK money driving up the market again ?

Here's why: Landscape architects are trained and tested  EXTENSIVELY on several issues specific to site development: building placement vertically and horizontally, site analysis including drainage/topographical analysis, vegetative cover analysis, viewsheds, pervious/impervious surfaces, cut and fill calcs, landscape structures such as small retaining walls, uninhabited structures, small roadways, bikeways, walkways, streetscapes, and even small dams.

NOBODY helped me get started, nobody did a dam thing for me.

I am doing a little of my own research as far as comparable rentals in this zip code and see dam near nothing and the hand full, 5 in total, that are listed have been on the market for a month or more.

Never found out what happened to them, but that dam^ foreclosure cost me a lot since it was in the beginning of my REI career.
