I have seen posts talking about hedge funds coming in and buying batches of properties over market value, but I think that craziness has subsided.  

Less than 2 weeks ago I sent out my first batch of letters to potential cash buyers. 

For total noobs like me wholesaling appears to offer the lowest barrier to entry an biggest opportunity for education without having to quit your full time job.This is what the gurus sell as well so it's no surprise that there will be a flood of people like myself trying to navigate and make deals, as clunky as they may be at first.But I have to assume that like all things this will level out eventually and only those of us who stick with it will remain and by default be more educated and seasoned than the next batch?

Then mailing them out in batches of 500 per week to help spread cost over time, and to make sure I don't get swamped with more calls than I can handle.

I have sent one batch out, I am waiting another 2 weeks to send out another batch to the same homes.Chris -  Nope who's the Ken I should know?!

On second round they hired our designers, architects, and estimators for their next batch, had a separate contract for it.

I sent out my first batch, and I'm still waiting on responses.  

Jumping in feet first here and we've already received a couple responses with interest with our first batch of letters.

I'm planning on buying a batch of Business Cards in order to help with the networking process.

Working a few deals today;Entertaining an offer on a 9 unit apartment complex we've had for a while now, put out some letters to a batch of SFH that I have been picking off slowly this year for a nice and steady ROI.
