Similar results can be anticipated if you "squat" in a parking space that is not yours.Renting a parking space is a commercial lease and would fall outside residential tenancy law.  

Be sure your numbers are calculated well, and base the anticipated value off of performance CAP rate, and you should be fine.

Anticipating issues in refinancing is one of the primary factors in a BRRR.

My offer price often is significantly lower than they have anticipated.  

What are the value add drivers and the anticipated returns of each?

The first thing I learned is how much harder and at the same time, easier this was than I anticipated.

Very dark inside I will add natural lighting upstairs with sky tunnels.I will offer lower after 153 days on the market the price is still high and pay like 20% down to operate on breakeven basis.I do not anticipate homes of this vintage or neighborhood homes to appreciate much.

I anticipate that if I sold, I could probably get on the low side $500K and on the upside maybe $550K/$600K.
