It was mostly about flipping, being a professional not an amateur, making sure to have a great system, and keep working on the strategy that can work most of the time. 

Last thing you need is amateur work in a critical area (like sweating copper together or electric) coming back to bite you. 

I know there are a lot of people trying to wholesale these days, but really the amateurs just make the experienced guys look better.  

;) When I upload a photo of myself, I'll wear the same shirt as you and grow a beard, but have a small blue box that reads "amateur", that will keep everyone straight! 

I just entered due diligence last night and began a very amateur overview of the documents.
