The reason that grads from Harvard, Yale, Stamford etc. are so much more successful than those of “lesser” schools isn’t because the academics are that much more rigorous at ivy-league schools.

. :)I was a student at UC Berkeley at the time... so I did what any good student would do: Read several hundred pages of academic peer reviewed scholarly literature on the subject of bed bugs.

I tutor/teach academic subjects as well as recreational subjects like dance and musicality. 

@Myka Artis I agree that renting on the "extended stay" market (either corporate rentals, academic term / sabbatical rentals, etc) and then filling in the vacancy periods with short term rentals on Airbnb or HomeAway / VRBO is the best of both worlds. 

Is this assessment purely academic or are you seriously considering a purchase?

I gained interest while working on an academic big data project with the goal of merging multiple commercial and public data sets and applying some programming witchery to target prime locations for business owners to set up shop or expand to new areas.

We do let rooms with utilities included and the Den Mother ensures no one cranks the heat and opens a window.Plan for turnover:  Most student rentals last 1, maybe 2, academic years ... sometimes less.  

My only experience in the industry consist of academic study but I look forward to changing that with the help of this wonderful community.
