This came out of the special session called by the Governor which was pretty much a weekend binge of reallly bad legislation designed to go against the will of the people who weeks before said no by a 3-1 margin I read the first two pages and it seems like if you bid an overage on tax lien, it will go to pay taxes then all other lienholders then back to the owner of the home.This is basically in line with the supreme court rulings due to the michigan case.
