I plan to acquire a brrrr in Silver Sping/Rockville at some point, but biding my time to see if hq2 lands on the va side were I already invest.  

The only silver lining is they were so bad the seller gave me a great deal on the property because he was fed up and lived out of state. 

I am in Silver Spring MD and currently in practice with another physician and we are leasing an office.

You can also look farther west now that the silver line(metrorail) is expanding out there, at areas like Chantilly, Herndon, Reston.

I had dealt with Silver Hill in the past and they had offered this product about 2 months ago.

I live in Eagle Mountain, but work in Salt Lake.My rental is in Lehi so I thought about joining the UVREIA, but with working in Salt Lake I thought it would be easy to hit the meetings on lunch break or after work.Any suggestions?

Another longer term option is to establish a line of credit with an investor-friendly bank like Eagle Bank here in DC.
