one property with three investors - Medical office building
I am new to BP. I am in Silver Spring MD and currently in practice with another physician and we are leasing an office. We have an opportunity to buy a slightly larger space right next door, however with another physician, who will co own 1/3 of the space as TIC. The third physician is planning to use his separate LLC to buy the property.
Questions I have are
1. Should me and my partner create a separate LLC with 50/50 partnership or have two separate LLCs?
Thanks in advance.
