They have the choice of just clicking on the QuickBooks link and paying online, putting a check in the "rent" slot at the building, or depositing it right into my bank account. 

Prices are lower, there's less competition and likely less sharks.

They dig out under each of the slots and then construct the new full foundation.

With my experience I would highly recommend avoiding using shark bite fittings at all costs because I have seen several blow apart and flood entire houses. 

Nice home but being ever so slightly outside the razor sharp defined high $ zone and up against that interstate is killing you IMO. 

However asking people about the market is just as much of a gamble as going down to the strip and asking which slot machine is doing the best or which table can I win on.

I recommend that you look at the risks involved to avoid losing money, find ways to apply risk mitigation techniques, and do a bit more research (BP is a great resource) before jumping into the "shark infested waters".Tony

I call them hard money sharks because they are a small step above loan sharks.
