How have you found quality contractors that you continue to hire?

We've listed two properties on find dream rentals and are pleased with the high-quality leads we've received.

I use superhide for the walls, but don't mind paying extra for better quality trim, so much less of it gets used. 

Probably only about 5% of the seems but it's enough to make the floor look not great.I think the vinyl plank flooring was decent quality as it was quite a bit more expensive than the laminate I was looking at initially, but maybe I could have bought even more expensive vinyl. 

IMO - focus on improving your cash flow, lowering your vacancy, limiting bad debt, and screening for high quality tenants.

On average I'm getting a lead for about every 350 texts I send, but results vary depending on the list quality and messaging templates.

The 19134 zip code and other parts of North and West Philly offer properties at very affordable prices, but may have more challenges with tenant quality and vacancy rates.
