In general though, from a sheer high-level observation, I have been noticing all the real estate apps on my phone notify me of "Price Drops" more often than in the past. 

Carbon monoxide detectors were not observed in the home.

From there, you can decide whether you want to schedule other inspections.Remember, however, home inspectors usually just inspect and observe what they see.

We feel this is far more important than observing various purchase "rules" because it does not matter how little you paid for the property if there is no tenant paying the rent.

Hey @Elijah Glenn, a few observations:1: I would account for ~12% in total fees when selling. 2: Are you able to itemize your rehab budget, is this a cosmetic job, is new mechanicals needed? 

Rental properties are skewed to the low end, and little of the very high priced stuff that sells is put up for rent.Your observation is interesting.
