You can do group chats, emails, with your colleagues. it's not a separate forum or instant message area. but maybe @Mindy Jensen could tell you if that is possible or something that the site may consider.

One other thing to keep in mind is that sometimes properties are winterized too late.

I guess my KS mind is blown - there are very little if any appreciation plays here - much less making 6 figures.I'd have to be even more worried you're making that sort of a gain on a town home that the bottom is due to fall out of the RE market again.

@Cara Lonsdale If there is truly that much equity, the 2nd would be paid easily from the surplus.But the problem is nobody in their right mind is going to quitclaim an $800k property in exchange for a $20k loan.
