Going a little north there is a the NH Mastermind in Nashua and heading south I'd highly recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates every other month with their Worcester location, this is a Waltham month).  

This can include things like learning how to be a real estate investing coach or a fast-track mastermind group.I have heard of organizations out there who want to get you hooked on very expensive education / coaching programs for over CAD10,000 or to use the education as a relationship builder to sell properties/projects. 

One that is FREE, not something that is selling to be a member, UNLESS it is a well vetted type of mastermind.

I have come to believe its ultimate Think and Grow Rich master mind.

I have joined several masterminds over the years, which I love.

Others in our FB mastermind group say they get more contacts as people call back without checking the VM.

I think you need to be part of his Mastermind Group to get access to these, but we're talking $9 trial and $49/month after that...not prohibitively expensive.
