Hello BP,My wife and I are looking for some advice on an All Inclusive Trust Deed to sell our house.We bought a mansion up on the bench as kind of a live-in flip in 2021 and are finally as done as we are gonna get with it.

We haven't lived in the townhouse in the last 2/5 years so we would get hit with full capital gains.

In a lot of places, evictions are quick enough it shouldn't be an issue but I do tend to live by the motto "never underestimate how much damage a pissed off tenant can cause in just a few hours."

If you need the cash flow to live on and it will improve your lifestyle, then go for it.

I think I'll start out where I live and probably branch out outnof state once I build my knowledge and experience.
