If you have an itch for something, try it now while you're young.

There are plenty of people who give the usual “*sigh* I really should sell this house” or “I’ve been thinking about it but just not right now” for me to mess around with a “Hey I’ll give YOU a call back” for me to be interested in it.Sounds like you’re going after a lot of broke rookies and this is coming from a broke (who has multiple approvals for hard money) rookie (although I’ve made about 100,000 cold calls at this point with 1 deal in the books… itching for my second deal!).

Right now I enjoy my day job but eventually I think my entrepreneurial itch will get the best of me. 

Great stuff - wear gloves if using it because the fiberglass can itch like crazy.

It's been a great learning experience so far diving in this deep but I'm really itching to get to the cosmetic stage and see the fruits of my labor.

I do it passively but this so called passiveness has given me enough itch to contemplate more active contributions in my portfolio.

Truth is that I've been itching to get a place an hour away from the city (Im a New Yorker).
