I particularly like Southern Orchards and the villages under German Village.

Mainly German Style, cottage brick homes.

Also when you say familiar with down town that can mean so many things... what area of down town are you talking about as some agents specialize in certain areas ( ie. german village, victorian village, short north, downy town, OTE, marian village. ect ect ) so when you talk to the agent be clear on what you are looking for and what you would like. 

I am a young investor and flipper with 4 units on Ohio State University campus and I manage 30 others in German Village, OSU, Short North, Dublin and Clintonville (what I consider the "hot spots" of Columbus).

Am not learning German.  

I would still not allow a dog, especially a German Shepherd. 

I'd be leary of cabinets in a box drop shipped, although some higher end German types get here in boxes.

Maybe I should reveal that I am a German male (trying for 25 years to improve but the DNA sticks) at this point.

I know Germans they lost all her money in this country and no one want to buy her condos or houses actual.

Closer to German Village the crime isnt too bad, but down lower where the cheaper houses are, it not very safe.
