Hey everyone! I recently joined BP and I’m excited to connect with investors! I currently live in NJ but I’m looking to purchase my first rental property in the Columbus, OH metro area. As a new investor, my focus is buy and hold properties with little to no rehab for consistent cash flow. I’ve done a ton of research about the Columbus market but since I’m long distance, I’m not too familiar with specific Columbus neighborhoods. Anyone from/investing in the Columbus market know of good neighborhoods for rental properties? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
