Its good to start and build up some capital but if you are going to be doing this full time you will want to develop relationships with contractors/electricians/plumbers.I usually do the big stuff my self electric/plumbing/hvac and leave the labor intensive stuff to others carpentry/drywall.  

I was wondering if anyone knew an electrician that would work with me to get the job done.

Increased that work , lost work, had prices cut, you name it, it was a struggle to say the least, However the past two years I was able to partner with another contracting company and together weve grown, we have multiple crews at our disposal, an in house licensed electrician, plumber and hvac guy, concrete finishers, carpenters, general laborers an in house realtor etc.

I just served six years in the Navy as a nuclear electrician.

If you fix a light socket wrong and the house burns down you might be held liable, but if you hire an electrician they could go after LLC but not you personally This is why I use multiple LLCs and own little in my own name.  

I have a friend in Tucker with a minor switch problem needs an electrician that could be a substantial issues.

Because the wiring is pretty old, an electrician told me that I could open a can of worms for extending that line which might create the need for lots more than just a j box and more cable.

You absolutely need to hire an electrician to hard wire the heaters into the building wiring mount them along the baseeboards and make sure your existing wiring can safely handle the load.

I know here ....I can not get an electrician or plumber or dry wall company to give me quotes on a rehab...I will end up paying double or triple to anyone who will just show up !
