I am building 3 new homes over on 8622 Dana st.. ( just knocked the house down this week) all will have Nice adu's above garage.. we can rear load these as there is a cool ally way.. when I was talking to the planner she was gushing that we would include ADU's  so city loves them as well gives them their cramed in density they want.gives the buyers of our houses a potential income of 1000 or more a month for those cool spaces..and we can pick up some profit on the delta buiding them since they are going to be above the garage.

If the tenant contests anything at all, the case will be continued exactly 1 week and a witness will need to appear.We use Dana & Pariser - they have handled probably 200 eviction cases for us and we've never had an issue.

Dar Walden keeps coming up in Google searches, but I'm hesitant to pick someone just because they may have hired a good SEO consultant. ;)
