Any idea the short and long term affect of what is happening in China on our Market?

We have a lot of overseas money from China buying homes left and right, I'm sure it's the same situation in LA area as well.

The good news is that if you stay in the same industry, they won't necessarily look at that as a new job.I recently moved from Plymouth, Mass to China, Maine - north of Augusta, south of Waterville. 

The Tacoma market is one of the hottest in the country and I have been outbid on every offer I've made by other investors (thanks China) who have made all cash offers, sight unseen, and no contingencies.

I even heard of China 3D printing an apt building in a matter of days.

Those big chinas are good at negotiating and so should you.

They listened to China and avoided to do anything to ruin the economy when they had a chance to stop it.
