I forgot to mention Facebook :) We definitely joined a few traveling nurse Facebook groups but I going to see if there are some additional corporate rental Facebook groups out there!

Look for a prime location, a tenant with strong corporate or franchisee credit, and a NNN long-term lease.

How many new investors would know it's as simple as address lookup -> tax rolls (check transfer date and purchase price matches marketing materials) -> EDGAR (verify filing made by owner-entity) -> state corporate lookup (verify the partnership entity leads back to the person who sold interests in it.

The "market" that gravitated to these hot spots; Austin, Nashville, Savannah, Asheville Miami are primarily corporate and institution leads(New York and California based mainly).

There's no reference to LLC or corporation in that definition. 

A new federal law levies specific requirements on all association boards with some heavy fines; you can search "Corporate Transparency Act" or read my article on that here.   

I have been told that many large corporations are cutting internships, traveling nurse levels seem to be dropping off and general travel seems to be down.

3) If you went the LLC route, how much money you would put into the LLC to significantly reduce the risk the EPA and Arizona's environmental agency pierce the corporate veil.

Not to mention if the guy or gal leaves or is let go then having proper management over all of these avenues becomes a headache because you do have the administrative access under full corporate control. 

You need to answer these basic questions first before you start thinking about taxes, corporate structure, or anything else.
