In 2017 I received an email from IPO (the Income Property Organization) advertising Appleton Ridge, 628 John Anderson Court, Monroe, a 55 unit apartment complex, for sale for $2,100,000.

Tons of great info here @Zachary Steidl  I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, lived in the Raleigh area for 6 years and have lived in Winston (Winston-Salem), High Point, and now Oak Ridge since moving "home". 

The only somewhat desirable one is Pine Ridge South, which is in Whiting.The Crestwooods in Whiting aren't gated so it would be easy enough to do a few drive by's.

I am born and raised in WS and live with my family right down the road in Oak Ridge (NC).
