For DSCR cash out refinances, 75% LTV will get a better rate and a DSCR 1 ratio. 80% is possible but it will require a 1.2 or 1.25% DSCR ratio instead of a DSCR 1 ratio.

There is some solid structure to the program and a solid accountability piece along with getting to interact with highly successful people.

There is low inventory, lower sales volume, and high interest rates, and as a result many people are sitting on the sidelines, either intentionally or forced.

Sufficient infrastructure: Companies select locations with major airports, highways, and a large population of potential workers.
