I'm following the BRRRR methodology here. 

He didn’t like the curriculum at all and tried to think outside of the box to motivate and teach his kids using the most impactful methodology specific to each topic.

These properties also tend to be much cheaper than A and B class properties.D Class - Ancient, run-down homes.

I have a very analytical background and I hope to find ways to apply that knowledge and methodology in the real estate investing space.So if you have any feedback, advice, or want to sit down and have a chat about what you are looking for in an agent or brokerage, I am looking to better understand that.

It just so happens that I have a lead on a property in Austin as of yesterday; and I want analyze it with this methodology to truly work through the understanding.Thanks again!

If not, what methodology - tools, cadence of contact, etc - did you switch to?

If they get equity without hitting milestones you've just exposed yourself big timeI'd recommend reading up on 'Earned Value' methodology. 

The methodology encourages systemic risks/mis-judgments of value, in my opinion. 

We have quartz countertops, bifold aluminum doors (4 large open doors), beautiful new kitchen with crown molding cabinets, waterfall kitchen island, ancient stone wall in our living room, all hardwood floors, etc. they are comparing my house to houses with carpet, old cabinets/kitchen, etc.

It works for us because we didn't want to store things or bring them here,  they care for the ancient dog, we have a home base when we visit the U.S., etc.
