with a FHA loan, it's a BEAUTIFUL three unit house in a good neighborhood with a strong rental market, meets all my requirements (off street parking, good schools, quiet street, good aesthetics, etc,) and it's fully updated- needs nothing!

@Ben WilkinsI don't see why the property can't go up in value if it's in a good location based on fundamentals with low unemployment, nearby amenities, aesthetic appeal etc..

I want to know if certain properties are being fined for certain violations, that impact the common aesthetic of or community, and want to make sure they are not in violation of providing consistent treatment to all neighbors.

Seems surprising to me that the cost of installation for a traditional system in a new construction project would outweigh the extra cost of the mini-splits -- not to mention that the aesthetics of mini-splits are much worse (in my opinion) than a traditional system.
