@Kelly I. my experience has been that investors will go out in any type of weather at any time of year to look at a good deal!

so...make sure you're sufficiently capitalized to weather the upcoming storm.We're now heading into "hypersupply" and "recession" periods of the market cycle, so many who paid too much, didn't add value, etc...will likely be shaken out...
