So, the party that started the 1031 exchange is the same party that completed it.My Story:My wife and I sold a property in New York that is under our individual names and we are doing a 1031 Exchange and still within the 45 day identification window. 

We live in Miami Fl, and we are so ahead of the payments. about 2 years on the repayment plan.

So, I guess what we are doing in this market is finding and buying good deals.

For one thing, we are looking to move into commercial buy and hold.
