A class action suit needs to be filed, listing all or many that were unable to get due rents because government failed to act as they are required!

The taxpayer can redeem at any time for the first three years, and can still redeem at any time afterwards up until the investor files a judicial foreclosure lawsuit and the judge grants the judicial foreclosure order. 

Contractors have up to 6 months to file if they aren't paid.

It was not until we decided to file for bankruptcy that we were suddenly contacted by Wells Fargo offering us a loan modification - HAMP.

They will come out and check out the job; they will file the city permits.  

@Ricardo DiazYou are filing your taxes incorrectly if the property is owned as tenants in common and you are reporting 100% of the rental activity.

Since the loss occurred in 2021 when we file our 2021 taxes we will declare the loss and the relevant details.
