End of 3 day notice

have given a tenant a 3 day notice and today is the 3rd and final day. This morning I received a text from said tenant that they will have my money and be moved out by this weekend. My question to the community is, do I go ahead and file for eviction tomorrow morning or should I wait? Thanks in advance.

Depends... how much does it cost you to file for an eviction? Is this your first eviction? Have they said this before but failed to move out?
