Is there a way I can flip this property without putting down an earnest money deposit or any of my own cash, (which I have none) to my end buyer and ultimately make a profit.

You should see some savings from that.

Hello guys,As of right now I have 100k available to invest that I earned in a house deal and savings.

We are fascinated with investing into real estate and we have been saving as much as we can to start out adventure as soon as we arrive over there.

It's a bit more expensive up front but saves a ton of money in the long run. 

I also hope to experiment with using Airbnb's platform for some of my future properties.My current plan is to continue saving up money through frugal living, hustling with freelance design jobs, and selling real estate as an agent to purchase my first house hack.

If you can find a regular person with a ton of cash safely invested in 1.5-2% savings account, that's perfect.
