Hello Raj,Are you looking for someone to teach you about deal finding?

I find it difficult to receive instruction from someone that’s not implementing what they are teaching.

I have a job and I only have the weekend off this might be difficult for some being that they don't work on the weekends and most certainly wouldn't want to move their work around, I'm asking for guidance and someone that can teach me the right way.Thank you.

Case in point... anyone who says you can be making $10K a month in 90 Days but never tells you in training that you have to spend $5K in marketing to make that happen, tends to be one of those jerks who makes more money selling the training than by actually doing what they teach) and the best part is everything I am learing can be used for my real estate when I need to market it.

(In a loving way of course) I like the tough work of mortgage lending because its teaching me valuable lessons at the same time.

If it was that easy to get rich then why are the people "teaching" you in instead of out there making millions? 

I met women and men who had been on government assistance their entire life and in turn they were teaching their children to be dependent on government assistance.

He tell you keep searching knowing well there isnt any.....lol.He teaching you a lesson.

Even if you eventually want to flip/wholesale houses, or build up a rental portfolio etc. becoming a realtor and working in a brokerage will teach you how to do very important things like navigate contracts, build relationships with lenders/title/insurance, contract negotiation, running comps on houses, running other numbers/metrics on houses. 5.

Maybe rope a friend in because teaching is also a great way to learn.You're on the right path!
