Introduction Network Learning

Hi, Bigger Pockets Community!

I am new to real estate investing... I am currently a freshman in college and am excited to learn from all the experienced investors here! I live in the Indianapolis area, specifically Fishers, Indiana. I have begun the search for a buy/hold rental property in my city by utilizing an FHA loan. Already been pre-approved for a loan and now am on the search for a property. I would love any advice just to learn more and engage with everyone!

Thanks, Joe

Congrats!! Exciting first steps you're making - BP is a great place to specifically engage in REI, however, join groups on Instagram and Facebook that do the same; there are ones for Central Indiana and otherwise that may help you get further insight into the investing community here.

Best of luck to you!
