The 1st unit boiler was suspect during the inspection because it lagged in turning on, but ultimately turned on.After the first month of having the utilities running on both units I realized only the 2nd unit's gas meter was going up, while the 1st unit's gas meter remained the same.

I've been using several skip tracing services (expensive and cheap options) and found they all get around a 25-30% success rate which is cringe-worthy.Also, if you are talking about using your Google Voice # (not sure if you are) for text blasts - be careful with this as Google can shut down your number if they suspect you are using it for business purposes.

I would definitely suspect grow lights but I manage in Colorado so we are always suspicious of that type of activity.

It's only after years and years go by, when the mortgage goes down and appreciation kicks in, that cash flow and/or refinancing can happen effectively.I suspect that if every time you buy a property, to be your next primary residence, then Lenders will balk. ie.

That's what I suspected, that they have their own brokers & reps, so it seems that will just have to be done through their corporate channel for each company.
