AND we know from human psychology that positive inputs are 1/4 power of NEGATIVE inputs, so.... that says to re-wire people requires a NEGATIVE message to then naturally lead to the pre-selected choice. 

Choice is the main reason people want to live in a free country.

But I was happy with my choice.

I suppose the newer Utile product is of better quality that what was available 20 years ago, so it may be a good choice.

Building would be great choices.

In my eyes, it's not beneficial to talk to someone about significant life choices if they can't comprehend the choice itself.

Give them two choices:1.

My color choices tend to depend on the neighbors colors.Dark rich Browns and tans outside need soft beige inside.Grey is a relatively new color to use in California but is gaining in popularity.

Your choice to let her ride free or not or somewhere in between.

Should you offer them a choice of yearly lease, 6 months lease, or month to month, and if so, would you charge a different monthly total rent for each choice(ie yearly monthly rent $600, 6 months monthly rent $610, or month to month monthly rent $625?)
