Are mentors easier to find in independent small RE businesses or franchise companies?

He helps a lot of people strategize on how to achieve financial independence and he's also in the Austin market!

I would ask your attorney to see if there are any statistics for largest verdicts in the area.  

Typically on an FHA/ government loan (coming from my experience with my personal residence) the appraiser is let into the house by the agent in order to conduct the appraisal “independently” before closing.

My problem is, since I graduated college last year, I have been working as a 1099 independent contractor.

I would get a couple of opinions on that from independent, unbiased sources.

unless you are independently wealthy, borrow as much as you can for as long as you cab with the lowest down payments you can.d. don't buy properties that are total wrecks or in bad, crime ridden neighborhoods.e. 

If you were an independent contractor, on the other hand, you could write those expenses.
